Having the National RSA qualification is mandatory for all staff working in Licensed premises in Queensland.

The training must be undertaken by the staff member within 30 days of employment, either face-to-face or online.

We recomend that if you are new to Hospitality, or haven't done your RSA for a long time, or have moved here from interstate or overseas that you complete your course in face-to-face mode.

If you have been working in Hospitality for some time, then it is safe to gain your credentials online. We have a brand-new online course delivered in HD Video mode.

The National RSA (which is the only qualification now recognised in Queensland) does not have to be renewed every three years as was previously the case with the Queensland RSA.
