Food Safety Supervisor Course – 1 day, face-to-face

Food safety has never been more at the front of our minds – and rightly so, of course.

Whether you work in Pubs, Clubs or Restaurants – or are even starting your own Market Stall – this course is for you.

Taught by a qualified Chef, you will certainly enjoy the hands-on approach – especially the fact that all the required practical work can be completed in one day, including the assessment. Cost is $180 all inclusive.

If you are planning to sell frozen or packaged meals, we also include a run-down on free resources you can access to do a nutritional analysis of your products and print out an approved Nutrition Label.

Food Safety Supervisor Courses are run twice/month, mostly on Mondays. If you have three or more participants, we may be able to negotiate on place and time.
